Examples of VIU connections
Trades students work with Science students to design sustainable food systems. They gain real world experience tackling food security.
In the Community-Based Applied Interdisciplinary Research course undergrads in social sciences, arts and humanities team up with with Master of Business Administration and Masters of Educational Leadership students to work on projects to address local challenges.
