Make tech that improves lives
VIU Computer Science graduate Zeke Critchlow developed a digital dashboard for the Shambhala Music Festival. The dashboard tracks real-time medical data and analyzes post-event information. The technology can improve medical outcomes for festival attendees.
This project was supported by a $3,000 VIU REACH Award and mentorship from Dr. Luis Linares. It was an opportunity for Zeke to apply his academic knowledge in a real-world scenario.
"The VIU community has enriched my experience, making it a delightful place to study and grow. The support and encouragement from my instructors have been crucial, pushing me to exceed my perceived limits and explore new heights in my capabilities."
