Grad Student Orientation

We look forward to welcoming you to the VIU Nanaimo campus on Friday, January 5. Grad orientation starts at 10:15 am and wraps up around 5:00 pm. This is your chance to meet students from other programs and learn about everything available to you as a VIU student.

Where did you come from? Where are you now?
Reflect on where we came from. What does it mean for you to be in Nanaimo on Snuneymuxw territory? You'll also learn Indigenous introduction protocol.

Learn about the realities faced by graduate students and the VIU resources available to you. Presented by Kendra Stiwich and Vanessa Moraes, Student Resarch Engagement Coordinator.
